Kudos to Romney on his "Say Anything, Everything and Nothing" campaign tour. His theme song today should be Lou Reed's "Dirty Boulevard". Nothing like taking a 14 year old quote out of context and running on it. The sad reality is that for the last 40 years or more, we have had redistribution as policy in America, both on the state and the federal level. We saddle the poor and working class with more and more of the debt and the tax burden, shifting that burden off of business and wealthy individuals. While it hasn't worked well for those responsible for that burden, it has worked swimmingly well for businesses and the wealthy in this country. All the 99% or the 47% want is an equitable playing and paying field. We move further and further away from that with every republican elected to office whether it's at the local, state or federal level. All patriots, progressives and those that love their country, owe a debt of gratitude to Mitt Romney. He not only selflessly showed us his core, but the core of the republican party. I admire his courage for cutting right to the chase, saving progressives countless hours of precious time in raising the alarm concerning the threats our Republic faces from determined and overwhelming plutocratic and oligarchical forces. There are far more than just 47% of Americans that are victims of the historic betrayal by the GOP.

According to the New York Magazine, Honey Boo Boo is the new Shirley Temple. No she isn't. She's Baby Jessica without the well.  My prediction is that she will be a substance abuser by 9, knocked up by a close relative before the age of 12, and if still breathing at 15, both doctors Drew and Phil will exclaim "I'm outta here."

"I am here to tell you with certainty that Mitt Romney is ahead by 15 point in Ohio, 21 points in Massachusetts, and 9 points in Florida. Victory will be his as he crushes the Kenyan infidel. Do not believe the lies you hear from the homosexual devils at CNN and MSNBC."
I've been telling you David Gregory was a Mic Stand, but you didn't believe me.

"As I've previously stated, based on my past experience in elections, I've found that when I explain to the voters what my intentions are, they tend not to vote for me. That being said, I can pledge to the American people my solemn promise to posthumously baptize the middle class, allowing them all to participate in the Heavenly Kingdom. Think of it as a voucher to paradise. Now if people have their own coverage through their religion or have decided to take their chances and go without coverage, that's their decision. My guess is that Joseph Smith doesn't want them up there anyway."

The Romney campaign announced today they intend to substitute Jon Lovitz for Mitt Romney in the three October Presidential debates, only offering as an explanation, "Yeah, That's the Ticket."

"Bless me Father, for I have sinned. It's been over three years since my last election. I've failed to vote in my local races, and the developers and corporate interests won. In the last two national elections, I voted with my heart on matters of values instead of practical sense and then even voted for a straight republican ticket based solely on an interpretation of The Bible which had no connection to the teachings of Christ."

"I absolve you from your sins
in the name of the Father, and of the Son,
and of the Holy Spirit. Go and sin no more."

We'll talk about budget cuts, policies and practices in the light of day, in a quiet room, after the election. It's because Mitt has found that talking about his beliefs and plans prior to an election, tends to cause people to not vote for him. He has said so himself. Sharon Angle ran a similar strategy in her 2010 Senate race when she stated she'd divulge her policies AFTER she's elected. Clearly, she was focusing on getting by on her looks, causing her to lose by six points. The republicans believe in the sanctity of carried interest and that life begins with a 4.5% tax rate. I feel sure they would vigorously maintain the right of dual citizenship for interest and dividend income. Implementing plans that have already failed us time and time again, all at the expense of working Americans, service members and the elderly, not to mention young Americans who will witness their educational opportunities evaporate before their very eyes. I need for the presumptuous nominees to explain how deregulating banks and business, lowering taxes on corporations and the wealthy, while dismantling education and increasing the burden on wage earners and those on fixed incomes is going to 'rebuild America'.

A remainder from our last republican vice presidential candidate

Monday, June 18, 2012

As the 2012 election approaches, the Romney campaign is busily fielding Vice presidential candidates.

"Barack Obama's mother was in reality, the first pregnant man. Stanley Dunham was a flatulent itinerant plumber from Kansas, with a beer gut and a negative account balance, who had a penchant for the cross gender bars in his adopted home of Honolulu where he liked to cruise for black foreign national tourists. His legacy was sealed when he was the recipient of fallopian tubes, ovaries, a uterus, cervix and vaginia in a radical experimental surgery performed by Josef Mengele in Cândido Godói in 1960. Cândido Godói was known for it's unusually high number of twin births, this unpresidented pregnancy producing both Barack Obama and his twin half brother, Gilbert Gottfried."

I'm just not buying all the Swiss citizen crap. I have it on good authority that Michele Bachmann was in fact born on Tralfamadore in 1956, the offspring of Billy Pilgrim and Montana Wildhack. The migraines which afflict the Congresswoman are actually a residual reaction to her frequently becoming 'unstuck in time'. Her origin also explains her regular use of the phrase, 'So it goes'. This is not to say that Bachmann is an actual Tralfamadorian, but has citizenship as a birthright.

The Silence of the Vaginas

Michigan republicans have silenced two state house representatives, Reps, Lisa Brown and Barb Byrum. Why? They referenced their own anatomy when debating a draconian, regressive abortion bill. In silencing these two State Representatives, they have also silenced the tens of thousands they represent. It's been said the two women were argumentative, obscene, emotional, even hysterical. Michigan male representatives however are steadfast, unwavering, staunch and patriotic. Fervent patriotism does things to some people. Take Newt Gingrich for example. He was so filled with the patriotic intoxicant, he found it difficult to keep his sta-puft balls in his pants. Contrary to their perceived motivation and state of mind, Representatives Brown and Byrum were merely engaged in a debate, a debate whose particulars their fellow male counterparts found uncomfortable. We know that ladies and lady parts can be daunting and even intimidating on occasion, but this is no excuse to cut them out of the conversation, particularly when your experience with them is from the other side of the aisle at times. That is precisely why we must in those awkward times, embrace the vagina and their carriers. We vagina conveyance individuals often have much more intricate insights surrounding their use, misuse and sensibilities as we see them from a completely different perspective.
